One hospital · Any department · Verified outcome

One Hospital OS. Every department on one clock.

SyncareX runs on top of the HIS, EMR, pharmacy, billing and insurance systems you already have, and turns them into measured flows: a discharge order becomes a bed that is ready in 15 minutes, an outpatient is consultation-ready in 15 minutes, and the ED stops boarding.

How Hospital OS works

One operating layer over every system you already run

Hospitals do not have a software problem; they have a between-systems problem. The discharge order sits in the EMR, pharmacy finds out when the nurse calls, billing when the family asks, the insurer last. SyncareX is the layer in between.

  • Your HIS, EMR, LIS, pharmacy, billing and insurance systems stay the system of record
  • SyncareX reads the events that matter and starts every team at the same moment
  • Its own modules are used only where the hospital has nothing
  • Every screen belongs to a role: Simple mode for the floor, Advanced for the people who run the department

Three flagships

Three timed outcomes a hospital can measure

Each clock measures how ready the hospital is, not how fast a clinician or an insurer works. Those are reported alongside, so management can see which lever to pull.

Ten bundles

One Hospital OS. Ten bundles. Each one bought by a named person for a measured outcome.

Start with the bundle whose KPIs your board already tracks. Every bundle runs on the same OS, the same verifier and the same evidence trail, so the second one is an activation, not a project.

The suite

Under every bundle: the flagships, modules and the core that governs them

Switch on the flagship that hurts most. The modules fill gaps your current systems leave. The core is always on.

15-minute discharge

Order to bed-ready with every team started at 00:00.

Flagship

15-minute OPD ready

Registration, eligibility, pre-auth and vitals as one readiness clock.

Flagship

Emergency flow

Zero-delay response and 15-minute ED transfer-ready.

Flagship

Bed intelligence

Live bed-ready clocks across wards; ED boarding queue.

Module

Insurance desk

Pre-auth, TPA and final approvals as timed, owned steps.

Module

Patient education

Discharge education in the patient's language, delivery recorded.

Module

Deterministic verifier

Rules-based gate every AI suggestion passes before a clinician sees it.

Core

Evidence trail

What was read, what was checked, who approved — per patient, per step.

Core

AI advises. Your clinicians decide. A deterministic verifier sits between the two.

Nothing reaches a clinician unverified

Every AI suggestion passes a rules-based verifier before it is shown. If the evidence does not support the step, the step is held — the model does not get a vote.

Capable is not the same as cleared

A model that performs well in testing is not trusted in your department until it has been validated on your real data. Until then, its confidence stays at zero and humans carry every decision.

Every action has an evidence trail

What was read, from which system, what the verifier checked and who approved — recorded per patient, per step, available to your quality and medico-legal teams.

Markets

Built for GCC and Indian hospitals

The flows are the same; the friction is not. SyncareX is designed around the delays each market actually has.

UAE · KSA · QATAR · GCC

UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC

Private groups and public networks running multiple vendor systems across sites.

  • Insurer and regulator-ready claim and pre-authorisation workflows
  • Multi-site bed visibility across a group
  • Arabic and English patient education; English-first clinical screens
  • Data residency and on-premises deployment available
INDIA · TIER 1 – 3

India — tier 1, 2 and 3 hospitals

From corporate chains to 100-bed city hospitals, with the realities of TPA clearance and cash-and-carry pharmacy.

  • TPA pre-auth and final approval tracked as a timed step, not an afterthought
  • Billing reconciliation and medicine pricing confirmed before the patient is told to leave
  • Works with the HIS you already have, including smaller regional vendors
  • Priced for tier-2 and tier-3 hospitals, not only metro chains

Implementation

Live on one ward in eight weeks

No big-bang rollout. SyncareX connects, observes, then goes live one flow and one ward at a time — measured daily, expanded when the clock holds.

  1. Week 0

    Demo on your numbers

20 minutes. One ward's discharge timestamps and the list of systems you run.

  2. Weeks 1 – 4

    Connect and observe

SyncareX reads from your systems and shows the clocks as they are today. No workflow changes yet.

  3. Weeks 5 – 8

    One ward, one flow

15-minute discharge live on one ward with its own roles. Measured daily.

  4. After

Expand by flow and by ward

OPD and emergency follow once discharge is holding its clock.

Questions

SyncareX Hospital OS, answered

Do we have to replace our HIS or EMR?
No. SyncareX is an operating layer on top of the systems you already run. They stay the system of record; SyncareX reads the events that matter, writes back where the system allows, and coordinates the people and steps between systems.
What does the AI actually decide?
Nothing on its own. AI advises; your clinicians decide. Every AI suggestion passes a deterministic, rules-based verifier before a clinician sees it, and a model is not trusted in your department until it has been validated on your real data.
How long does implementation take?
A first engagement runs about eight weeks: a 20-minute demo on your numbers, four weeks of connect-and-observe where SyncareX shows your clocks as they are today, then one ward live on 15-minute discharge, measured daily. OPD and emergency follow.
Where is our data hosted?
In-region cloud, or fully on-premises for hospitals with data-residency requirements. Patient data never leaves the jurisdiction you choose.
Is it built for Indian hospitals or GCC hospitals?
Both, with different friction handled explicitly: TPA pre-auth and final approvals, medicine pricing confirmation and cash-and-carry pharmacy for India; insurer and regulator-ready workflows, multi-site bed visibility and Arabic patient education for the GCC.
How is it priced?
Per hospital, by flow and by bed band, so a 100-bed city hospital and a 1,000-bed group are priced differently. We share pricing after the demo, once we know your bed count and which flows you want first.
